Don't try and fight the panic attacks. Let them come and pass. They can NOT last longer than 10-15 minutes. I notice, personally, if I try and fight them and talk myself out of it, they just get more intense. Just remember that they are harmless, and even as terrifying as they feel, it can't hurt you. Also, after the panic stops, notice that you're okay. You didn't faint, die, go crazy, etc etc.
