This will hurt and be very difficult, but to reduce the hyperventilation (which is probably the reason for the dizziness and weakness) is to use deep breathing exercises and to slow your breathing.
Panic attacks are quite terribly, but you do have to go with the flow. Let them come and go.
Something else that you should practice, aside from the deep breathing exercises, is some cognitive thinking. You should start to challenge your negative thoughts.
