I'm taking Geodon and Topamax. My doctor lowered my Geodon and now I can't sleep. Is that a common thing? I was taking Ambian sleeping pills but he switched me to Sonata.

My mom told me my therapist said because the season's changed my sleep is getting interrupted. Has anyone else heard that?
