Hello!

I think you should tell the therapist you see about the highs and lows. Tell them everything about it. That's a good way to start. My therapist told me to keep a journal of when I am feeling the extreme lows (that's what I have been feeling lately) and report back to him (which I am tomorrow) then we can explore what may have caused them and discuss them in more detail
