Red Rose,

I am relating to you completely. The last time we moved was 20 years ago into the 2500 sq ft home we are now in here in California. We have 5 bedrooms & have accumulated lots of junk over the 20 years. To top that off, my daughter moved to Colorado & left some of here things here. Not only am I packing our home, but I am clearing out my Mothers home which I inhearited when she died last year. It took me way too long to pack up her home but I have a hard time going there due to the trauma I went through with the home care RN.

Packing up one home is bad enough, but 2......I have a double nightmare. Then thinking about all the issues surrounding the move like having only move so many miles/day because of hauling my horses & finding ranches where we can stop over at. The knowing that I will need to find new Dr's is probably the most stressful part of it. I finally found a pain specialist that is willing to prescribe the amount of med that works....& finding a new Pdoc that is willing to listen to me, knowing what works for me & knows about the disability

I just got intouch with a real estate person in Kentucky where I am thinking of purchasing a farm so I can have my horses with me. I have never lived outside of California & never made a move more than 50 miles away from where I grew up. Also realizing that this is going to be my retirement location & that I have to make this move the right one.....seems to put even more stress on me. No room for error. It is hard looking over property using the internet.

I sure hope your moving goes smoothly......having everything lined up so that each step happens at the right time takes alot of planning. Will be thinking about you....& take care of yourself. Hopefully you can take a break when you need to without having to push yourself too hard.

Good luck,
Debbie
