Right now, I do not feel depressed, but I know it will come back, so I have to make a plan to improve my mental health, since I'm aware that it's cyclical, and depression won't stop recurring alone.

So, what do you do, when you are not in a crisis, but you have depression, you admit that you have a problem, and are willing to work on it?
