Truth is. I have always loved the night. I live for it. I remember being young (12) and living in Brooklyn and sneaking out at like 3am to walk the streets. Mind you, that was very foolish and very unsafe but I wasn't the least bit frightened. I embraced it and I loved it. As I got older, my safe haven was the beach at night looking at the big bright moon or walking the streets of Manhattan late in the evening when all the 9 to 5ers have gone home.

My T told me this isn't the first time he has heard this. He said that more and more people who have bipolar have said they enjoy the night and relish in it. I get immersed in the absolute quiet, the smells the sounds the peace it brings. And I was wondering, does anyone else feel the same way?

What are views on "the night?"
I love the nightime too, everybody is asleep; I'm up and dancing and listening to music. I feel very relaxed then, nothing like the day.
