do the things you enjoy and enjoy the things you cant when depressed.... do you have triggers that you are aware of that trigger your depression? or small symptoms you get days weeks or maybe even months before depression episode happens, if so and you are aware of them, the best thing i can recommend is early intervention, in your lucky enough to live in an area where wait lists are not too long you might even get things taken care of and reversed before you have a full blown episode...
