Hi Pinkmist,
Sometimes you just need a change in your life like something new and exciting. Sometimes depression or a feeling of emptiness will not specifically be triggered by something, and is quite normal. Try something different, pick up an instrument or a paper and pen. Try sports, try art, or some form of activity which will help your blood flowing or your mind working. Fight back and soon enough you will find your life a lot more interesting and you are filled by fun again.
