just want to say thanks to the posters. i love threads such as the anti procrastination one, and the daily goal setting ones. my current plan is to spend the next 30 days waking up when my alarm goes off, doing a 20 minute work out, then 5 minutes meditating/focusing on myself and my newly devised mission statement. i'd like to post every day, and do something every day that scares me (lots of things scare me, simple things that push me out of my comfort zone are things i want to do more - like talking to other people) but think i'd find that too tiresome and difficult. one step at a time. i recently made an iPhone app to have with me at all times, so i'm hoping it helps. (dm me for details if you're interested, as i don't want to spam, or detract from the main aim of the fred)
