They always have ideas how to handle a situation...but YOU are in charge. You don't have to do what they say, I know it's hard because I fight them too.

I think its a good idea to call your psychologist right away and tell her what they said, and tell her also about the knife. You can tell her that you are getting proof for her, maybe she can help you obtain that proof.
