I noticed another post from you that I have some input for. Just in case you don't see it, I'll also post here. I have found Life Management Center in Nashville Tennessee most helpful for sexual abuse issues. Max Haskett is the head honcho there and is very personally acquainted with male sexual abuse survivor issues and recovery.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in one pretty and well preserved piece...but to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, worn out and defiantly shouting "Wow! What a ride!"
