That was the number for the EPA alone. Since the pdoc was insistant that it contain at least 1000 mg of EPA, I focused on that number only.
I could find that kind at the store yesterday, so I picked up a different kind. The new kind - which I started taking yesterday evening - has about 1300 mgs of EPA in two capsules. (I forgot to check the DHA again. Darn it!

I'll let you know about the DHA when I get a chance to check it.)
I'm thinking that if it's going to cause me insomnia, it'll be at least a week or so.
