Yes, they confuse PD with "trouble maker that should be punished!" It is soooooooo much easier for psychiatry to put people in that category rather than admit they have no clue what the problem is. It is too bad they think this way because people with personality issues have real problems that need to be addressed.

My AS diagnosis cleared me!
