i recently went to a seminar about hearing voices and the hearing voices network. i thought it was pretty cool. i thought about attending a group meeting, but i haven't been able to go to one yet. you don't have to see a pdoc or a T or take any meds or anything to attend the groups. you just have to self identify as someone who hears voices. i thought it sounded pretty interesting - it's a different perspective.
