I also think it is great that you offered to compensate T for his time. It is a sign of respect and good boundaries ( as far as I am concerned). I don't email my T. I have been charged for some phone calls which I was not really happy about, mainly because I felt I was being talked AT and not talked TO.

Last night pbutton started a thread about emailing T. Someone made a comment that they had emailed their T 75 times since Feb. I was hoping someone would start a new thread asking how many times have you emailed your T since____? I am not a thread starter, I am a follower. But to me it is always helpful to read what other people are doing.
