Chronic pain + meds + depression -- your sister has no idea. Maybe she doesn't want to have an idea.
Multi-dimensional problems usually demand multi-dimensional approaches. Do you have access to counselors who can address the full range of challenges you and your family face? (
2-1-1 United Way/AIRS?)
