I have been working on coping skills. I have a son that is incarcerated. I have a son that is in a bad relationship that is not sure his ex is going full term w/ the pregnancy. I talk about my past.
In my experience it's not always what you do in therapy, yet the pdoc still loads ppl up on meds.
Clearly, I am worried about the nurse. But, I prolly should worry about me, which I have a hard time doing.
