Hi dear Milla ~ I'm so sorry things are like this for you. I've been where you are and it's miserable.
Is there any way you can get in to see a counselor? Do you have insurance, or even Medicaid? Medicaid WILL pay for counseling. You should see a counselor. If you can arrange it, you should talk to one soon. Don't let this get any worse than it already is. Counseling really does help. Naturally, it doesn't solve things overnight -- it takes awhile, but even after the first visit, you feel a "little" better. So please call someone, ok?
I've had counseling MANY times throughout the years and I'm so glad I did. It made a world of difference to me. I hope it will for you too.
I wish you the very best. Please let us know what happens, ok? We DO care about you. God bless & take care. Hugs, Lee
