Im so glad to hear that it is typical in hypomania to go from euphoric..calm...irritable...and back again. From what Ive gathered about myself so far (which is very little in comparison to others) is that Im generally euphoric (during hypomania)...However it was a different story when I was drinking..smoking pot and poping pills...yikes.. =/ Now my irritability is being tempted to tell someone to shut up...or say something unkind, or yell at my cat, lol.
