For me there are few things more therapeutic than digging in the dirt and watching things grow. I can't do nearly as much as I used to because of arthritis and other health problems, but I still have a couple of raised planters and some containers and I fill those with new flowers each Spring. I have a few perennials and some bulbs that bloom every year, too.
