54 is not to old to start again....55 would be worse, 56 even more so, 57 more than that, 58... You see where I am going? The time to reach out is now. You ARE worth it. It is so easy to see how deep your depression is, my heart aches for you. Please don't watch the years go by feeling this unhelpable. A different T may make the difference, a different life coach may too. Don't give up unhappyguy!
