Is really therapy the only way to adress problems?
I gotten some of this crap when I asked about if it is possible to help self. Apparently, since I cannot love person I pay, I cannot love at all.... among other things.
Yet, you have to be in therapy for not lovin' therapists.
Look, truth is, many pdocs are dignified drug dealers (the kind parents are proud of) and many therapists are really people who have so many issues of their own it would fill in national geographic.
That said... I think therapy can work. If you don't make it about lurving your T. Life couching style can work. But then again, often one burns so much money on it, they could as well go to India (and India is as good as any therapy).
It comes down to a person. Mind alterning substances can work, be it Prozac or magica mushrooms. If you take them for right reason and don't expect for them to save you. Professionals can show you perspective and all... but in the end it's up to you. You heal yourself in the end.
