If all I ate were ramen, candy, and pickles, I'd be running around swinging shovels at "people" and blacking out too. You have got to start eating some real food. Even when I was vegan, I ate better than that. And it
still wrecked my metabolism. People were meant to eat meat. I'm sorry. I know there are a lot vegetarians here, but I just had to say that. The human brain and body developed on a diet that includes animal fats and animal proteins.
Even if you don't eat meat or dairy, you can't fuel yourself almost entirely on sugar and hope to be sane.
I made some suggestions to you on the 'role call' thread. You can take them or leave them, but I seriously think you need to take a hard look at your diet.
P.S. Your diet sounds a lot like my son's. For the last month and a half I've been cooking for him. He's been eating real food, and I can tell the difference in his mood and behavior.
