I don't know. That whole thing confuses me. This is what I like to have case managers around for. This is their life.

My son applied online - I think. I know I pushed for him to do it. Then they sent him a letter with an appointment date. I went to that appointment, and they asked him a bunch of questions. They also sent out questionnaires to various people who know my son asking how he functions in various aspects of his life.

Then they send him a letter denying him.

Then we hired a lawyer.

Then the lawyer got the mhc to document to level of my son's disability - showing that he wouldn't be able to hold a job.

Then they changed their mind and said he was qualified.

The whole process took a year.
