i've said thank you often at the end of my sessions, i sent an email once and got a lovely reply. i have overwhelming gratitude almost everyday for her and the work she is doing with me and her other clients.
I have an overwhelming desire show my gratitude to her. maybe one day i can say it at the beginning of session instead of a flyaway at the end.

through great effort and willpower,
