I, too, live with constant anxiety. Depending on which mood I'm in determines the type of anxiety and how I react. When depressed, I am anxious about things that in my life that I have no control over. When I am hypomanic, my anxiety comes from not be able to stay calm and anticipating what's next, not being able to live in the moment. Either way-I end up with many nights of little sleep, making me even more anxious!
