Poor little mousie!!!!!

I was good at catching them in my no harm traps & taking them up to the vacant house that my neighbor started to build & then left to fall apart. Think I overran that house with the mice I caught.

I was finally getting so over run by mice I decided to use the poison that comes in the little packages they eat through & eat the poison.....haven't been bothered since then.

Hadn't had mice in my house since the man that brought my new refrig ended up squishing the little mouse that had made his home under my old refrig. Wasn't until just last fall when I brought home some groceries (french bread in specific) that I found I had mice in my house again......when I found the wrapping in the french bread eaten through & a huge chunck nibbled out of the bread. They had to have been eating at it for quite some time before I realized it. That was when I put the bread & the poison in my walk-in closet.....the bread was never touched after that & the poison had been eaten into. Haven't seen a mouse since then.

I feel guilty killing them....would rather take them up to the vacant house, but really got tired of chasing them around my rooms in order to catch the ones that refused to get trapped.

If they hadn't overrun my house, I probably would have still been a mice friendly home.

With 5 dogs that hate cats, couldn't bring a cat into my house.....the mice would run right under my dog's nose without them doing anything with the mouse.....but Leo did love to chase the one around the dining room before I finally caught him in the huge container I have to hold their dog food (it was empty at the time)
