Ive been a teacher for 20 years& several times been referred to as the "best" in wherei live.
There are basically 3 of us who teach during the day.
We have different styles, but i think it enhances The curriculum.
The inside kids mostly are out at night and we let them do things they like so that they dont fight for control during the work day.
