Me too. Since I started eating a lot of fish, I've added back in things like bread and rice and potatoes. First, because I'm still hungry after eating fish and veggies. It's really not like having a steak - where you're satisfied. So I added in the other stuff.
Second, I always lie to myself when I change my diet. The current lie is that all that omega 3 will fix my metabolism, so I can go back to carbs.
It's not true. I've gained nearly 10 pounds, and my blood pressure is going up.
Bye bye, carbs.

As of today, I'm back on the wagon.
Come to think of it, why didn't I have some ramen noodles while I was on my carb fest? I really do love them.
