I've been constantly hungry since I got diagnosed with coeliac disease. I eat some fish, but as you say it's not very satisfying. The same thing with rice.
Also, I think something in the psych meds switched on a "pasta gene" or something. I was never really a carb-eater before, but as soon as I took clozapine it was like I would die if I didn't have refined wheat products in my mouth at all times.

"Everybody" does this. We're designed to like fatty and sugary foods; and we're not especially smart about avoiding them when we can get them. Don't beat yourself up over it.
