It's relatively inexpensive: $200.00 (usually they give you a ticket for a $50 rebate). You need a 19" or bigger tv with accessports to act as your monitor while it remains your tv. And you need a phone. They supply "the box" that hooks to your phone and Microsoft in Seattle (where the guts are), and the keyboard.
