Hey! Welcome to PC! I just wanted to say that sounds like a great plan! How is it going? It does sound like a lot of changes at once, so try to be gentle on yourself if you don't do everything every day. I'm trying to get myself to do some sort of exercise every day, maybe a walk for 30 minutes or a bike ride or a pilates video. But my pdoc recommened at least 5 days a week, so I'm trying to be gentle on myself and remind myself I"m "allowed" to miss two days a week!
