I have been harassed terribly, bullied and physical assaulted on the job. Based on what you have written, please do contact the EEOC.Gov and file a complaint right away.
Did your former employer give you copies of the documents you signed? Were you aware of what was happening or were you in shock during the coaching and at the termination?
In addition, I would do some research and send an email to a few employment lawyers and explain what happened in the email, and then follow-up in a few days by telephone.
It does not cost anything to speak with a lawyer to discuss a potential case.
