Hi there. I am new to this forum, but thought I could put my two cents in here, as I often am very confused with my emotions.
I can be in a great mood one day, and the next day feel very low, sad or anxious and I cannot figure out why. For instance, I have been in great humour for the majority of the past two weeks. But yesterday and today? Not so much. And what I don't understand is nothing has happened in the past few days that I can pin point to make me feel low and anxious like I've been feeling.
So yes, my own emotions confuse me a lot too!
