I'm sorry you are hurting. PC has a funny way of bringing you back. But pc has WONDERFUL resources here that can help you, you know that you've been here Anxiety brought me back too.

When you feel the attack coming on, my t told me to do a little exercize. I have had a constant anxiety attack for two weeks now, a constant shake, constantly sweaty then cold then sweaty again. But when it gets more severe (as it does numerous times a day) he told me to carry a paper bag with me. Something about the carbon dioxide acts as a natural relaxer when you breathe in and out of it. Also he says close your eyes, take a deep breath in and say "I am", hold the breath for a second and release while saying "relaxed" do it about 5 times and there is a small difference. I have to do this to fall asleep most nights, I'll do it 40 times before I actually fall asleep but it works in time. Hang in there, anxiety can be so hard, but you got through it before, you will now. Just keep reminding yourself; you were fine 5 minutes before the attack and will be fine again in another 5 minutes. Hang in there, it's hard but you can do it. Never forget to take a minute to breathe, even if it seems like you don't have that minute, find it and make time for it. Your mental health is much more important than anything else going on right now and needs that extra time.
