Perhaps setting your alarm a little earlier every day until you reach a target time to get up? Say you want to get up at 9 am. Start by setting your alarm at 10 or 11, and then work backwards, either by week or by day. Maybe week would be better.. Set it at 11 for one week, 10:45 the next week, 10:30 the following week, and so on. I"m not naturally a morning person (though, this week has definitely flipped that, and I'm really not sure how it did it!), so I definitely understand how hard it can be to wake up to an alarm. If I don't have something to do, I'd sleep all day.
What kinds of things does your mission statement say?
Try not to be discouraged, it sounds like you are making really good progress! Working out 6 days a week is fantastic! What kind of work out do you do?
You could also try post it notes (or lipstick) on the bathroom mirror. You could write good things about yourself, positive affirmations, or something like "I can do it!"
I'm looking forward to reading your posts!
