i'm always super tired after therapy, and sometimes hungry since i can't seem to eat before session anymore. i used to treat myself to something warm and yummy (like pho), but haven't done that in about 6 months. i do find that it helps to have something "planned" to do after, otherwise i just go stew about the session and think of all the things i could/should have said. plus, i tend to think about my therapist a lot more when i have the free time, which just makes me miss her even more.
