Thank you for your advice. I'm actually feeling much better today but I am still going to sort seeing my GP again. I had counselling a couple of years ago and more recently CBT which I felt was quite helpful but sometimes even thinking about thinking can be exhausting. They tried me on anti depressants but I had an adverse reaction to them so now I'm going to be going to Mindfullness group soon which is supposed to help with managing depression and anxiety. I am def going to try and do something to try and find some balance.
I might need to get some time off work but it's so frustrating because I just recently started back after some time off. How's everyone keeping at the moment? Hope all is well.
