i have had reoccuring tornado dreams forever. i take them as signs that i am overwhelmed but also of how well i am coping depending on how well i respond to the crisis in my dreams. sometimes i am very scared and run and hide, but if i have a place to hide that is good. it means i feel i have resources. if there is no place to go then i am feeling helpless, hopeless. sometimes i am an emergency worker, guiding others to safety, in control. boarding up windows against to storm, totally prepared. thats a good sign that i have coping skills to deal with whatever crisis that is facing me. the other dream that reoccurs is tsunamis. they have a similar theme. i hate it when i get them both together.
