Stress, well that sounds a lot like my stress response, I get touchy, I cry, I'm super sensitive, emotional and irritable but not depressed. I don't handle stress that well.

I could see how a move with lots of stress and some grieving could have that reaction. that's actually quite a bit of stress at once. I'm sorry your feeling so stressed tho. And I am sorry about your loss.

I'm not in therapy anymore either and for the most part I'm ok and doing well with that. Do you have any skills or tools you can use to reduce some of the stress. Meditation or any thing that can help relax you? And just see if that helps some?
