i've been trying to work backwards from a later start but my habit of snoozing is terrible! though it does seem my attempt to instantly break it isn't working, so i may try that again from Monday. twice this week i was up on time, 3 times it was up to 60mins late! i've found the working out a bit easier. it's just weights at home for 20-30 minutes, doing 2-3 exercises to the point of failure. it gets addictive after a few weeks! i love the idea of a message. i am going to write a post it note and stick it on the walls. it will say this: "today is a new day, what you do today is what matters most" i tried putting that into my phone but i just don't look at my phone properly in the morning. will see how things go over the coming week! also, if anyone is around and good at English, I have a 10 sentence sales pitch for my app which i've been told makes no sense. however, the people that tell me this are not familiar in any way with psychology or self help. if anyone has the inclination, would you be willing to read it and give me feedback (being as harsh as you like!!)
