took me until mid afternoon to get out of bed - my other half did all the school/nursery runs but i forced myself out for the last one of the day so i'd achieved leaving the house at least once - i hid behind sunglasses though

been a better end to the afternoon but i think upstairs and tele are going to win in a minute - hoping for a better day tomorrow...for me and you x
