I just finished reading
The Cow in the Parking Lot: A Zen Approach to Overcoming Anger. It was pretty good.
I need to read this kind of thing regularly - to keep it at the front of my mind - otherwise I slide right back into anger. I think I must be improving, though. This morning I wrote my son a really sarcastic text message. Then I didn't send it. Came here to complain instead.
