WikidPissah, you might want to look into Rash Guard/surf shirts. They are very light weight and you can buy them in long sleeves. Surfers tend to buy them fitted, but I found that I could purchase them in a bigger size so that they didn't fit snugly AND I'm covered shoulder to wrist so no one can see anything.
