I've tried to respond to this twice now. Both times lost. Maybe one of the links is being rejected?
I wanted to say that I put about 1 to 2 teaspoons per cup. It's not slimy, but it does leave an oil slick on the top. When I can afford it, I like the unrefined kind. It has a nice taste.
