((((hugs)))) I'm sorry you are suffering so! Things won't always be this bad... try not to think about the whole big picture, that's just too much to try and think about when you're depressed.
Do what you can. Can you find a therapist and seek counseling? I think that is important to help you help yourself.
As for the house, make a list... and then do what you can when you can. Do your best... try not to beat yourself up over the situation...you can get out of this at some point imo. TC.
