I have dreams like this all the time because of psychiatric medications. Many of them cause vivid dreams. I don't know you to interpret this dream in particular, but check your meds and if the dreams bother you, talk to whoever prescribes your meds. My dreams are almost always apocalyptic dreams where I am responsible for saving everyone--due to my meds. Especially if you've only recently started or stopped a psych med, these kinds of dreams are not uncommon. Good luck!
