I'll be sure to pass your thanks on to her. She cooks regularly, as in consistently(!), which always amazes me, because I am so terrible with that. Seems everything is all or nothing with me, lol(!) She's an eminently practical person, so I imagine her recipes would tend to be pretty straightforward. Like you, she gardens. And lives in a very small town. Well, actually outside, quite remote. And very northern climate to boot! It struck me these things you have in common and how the small town thing can make things trickier in terms of options, so it should be a good match!
