Newtus, have you ever tried sleeping somewhere besides your bed? I have a friend who sleeps in all kinds of odd places when she has insomnia. If she can't sleep in her bed, she'll grab her blanket and pillow and sleep in the tub or on the kitchen floor or somewhere else in the house. Weird, but it works for her.
